“Tortured For His Faith” – Now Being Translated into its 28th Language!

DOHI NEWS

After Dad was released from communist hard-labor prisons and was reunited with his family in Sweden, he was eager to expose the atrocities of communism and hoped that one day he would be able to share his testimony with the world. That testimony came in the form of his autobiography “Tortured For His Faith” (TFHF) which has gone on to touch millions around the world with the powerful truth that God’s love always reaches us, even in our darkest hour of need.

With the help of our generous donors, we will soon be completing the 28th language translation of “Tortured For His Faith” in the Ukrainian language! As you may well guess, there is an urgent need for Father’s story to be distributed amongst the Ukrainian refugees and those remaining in war-ravaged Ukraine. I believe that TFHF will not only strengthen the Ukrainian people’s faith during these dark days, but will also inspire them to make a difference in the life of their fellow man wherever they are for the glory of God.

This year we have also had the opportunity to work with Pastor Yeghnazar to translate Dad’s book into the Armenian language and provide it to war-ravaged Armenia and Nagorno Karabakh.

Here is a ministry report from Pastor Luke Yeghnazar:

“I’m happy to share that we began printing 10,000 copies of ‘Tortured for his Faith’ by Haralan Popov in Armenian. Popov is one of the great heroes of the faith from Bulgaria who was in prison for 13 years in the era of communism. Brother Paul Popov, President of Door of Hope International, gave me the great honor to write the foreword to the Armenian edition. We have begun distributing this amazing book at our one-day conferences and I also brought some copies with me for distribution in North America.

A BIG “thank you” to Door of Hope International for paying all the expenses of publishing this wonderful book in Armenian.” – Pastor Luke

I praise God for all the opportunities that He has opened to us so that we can continue to encourage the Suffering Church worldwide. My prayer is that “Tortured For His Faith” will be distributed far and wide and find its way into the hands of as many Armenians and Ukrainians as possible!

Together in His Service,

Paul Haralan Popov, President
