Since 1972, Door of Hope International (DOHI) has delivered over one million New Testaments and tens of thousands of Bibles to Eastern Europe, Asia and the former Soviet Republics. We are currently providing God's Word to restricted Muslim nations.
Children are the saddest victims of collapsed economies about the world. DOHI supports soup kitchens and summer camps for orphans and abandoned children and brings relief to needy families in Bulgaria, Ukraine as well as many poverty stricken countries such as Albania, Bolivia, India and Romania.
Wars, earthquakes, floods and other disasters have inflicted incredible suffering on families around the world. DOHI delivers emergency relief to refugees and victims of natural disasters through its ministry of mercy and compassion and supports agricultural and community development work in India and Bolivia.
DOHI co-workers around the world use innovative methods to fulfill Christ's command to "make disciples of all nations" (Matt. 28:19), through prison and sports ministries, summer camps, youth leadership training seminars, and an exciting home-based Global Friendships ministry.
It is estimated that more than 250 million Christians today are suffering persecution for their faith in over 60 different countries around the world. DOHI brings awareness of the world-wide persecution of Christians, and advocates on their behalf through petitions and letters to government officials.
